About Dr Maria-Elena

Maria-Elena is a clinical psychologist and meditation teacher. She has over 20 years' training in several meditation and mindfulness traditions as well as being involved in leading research and scientific understanding of the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practice.

Maria-Elena is a warm and engaging presenter who has learned to make mindfulness accessible and applicable in modern life.

Maria-Elena has been using mindfulness skills with her patients for more than 15 years. She hosts mindfulness retreats, provides mindfulness based training for psychologists and other health professionals locally and internationally and is a sought after corporate and keynote speaker on modern mindful living.
